Rarely leave a review but as a regular I feel the staff at Fish Shack deserve medals for yesterday! The heat in there was insane. They needed to close for a while due to extreme conditions. They were clear and polite in their instructions to customers. Plenty to do on the arm to fill the time. Afterwards, usual excellent speedy ordering and service resumed and food was cooked to order. Quality superb, well worth the wait. Delicious. Thank you!

What an amazing experience! I patiently waited an hour as these workers were working in extreme heat and understandably needed to take a break. I witnessed people getting stressed because they were not getting their food when they wanted it! Please remember, these workers are working in not only the amazing temperatures we are experiencing but the added heat of the fryers etc to deliver this wonderful food! Served with a smile, and food cooked to perfection! Honestly people need to chill!!! You may be hungry but take a minute to think about the conditions these workers are working in!! Be patient and you will receive a wonderful meal! Keep up the good work Fish Shack! We appreciate you!!!

Had the opposite experience of these reviews. Cod and chips today were outstanding. Perfect batter and excellent texture and taste to the cod. Chips weren't proper chippy ones but were tasty. Homemade tartare included excellent. Top marks, very good value for money.
